Men Hair Fesyen 2009

Ah it’s a new year! Time for a fresh start and new goals. Even if you’ve already broken a new years resolutions, don’t give up! Here are five good, easy new years resolutions to make and keep.

  • Smile More

A smile can light up your face and just the act of smiling will make you happier. Smile at someone and…wow! They smile right back and you both feel better for it.

  •    Start an Excercise Regime

No time like the present to start excercising! Don’t make this goal to big though. Instead of saying “I’m going to excercise every day for 2 hours” try “I’m going to excercise 3 times a week for 30 minutes”.

  • Get Healthy

Notice I don’t say lose weight . Instead of of trying to lose a certain amount of weight, concentrate on how well you feel and look. Simple things that will improve your health are drinking water, eating more fruits and veggies, cutting back on fatty snacks, and getting enough sleep.

  • Learn a New Skill

This one can be as small or large a goal as you want it. It can be anything from learning to play an instrument (go cellists!), to learning how to do sudoku. If you want to make this one really big, you can try taking a course at a community college or taking a new class.

  • Pamper Yourself

Everyone needs to feel pampered once in a while. Resolve to treat yourself to a spa day once every month or so. If you don;t have a lot of money for spas, you can do a spa day at home by giving yourself a manicure, pedicure, facial, and usuing lots of yummy smelling lotions!

Last …dont forget to style your hair… but i dont know which one should i choose? any idea guys?
